摘　　要：目的总结闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法对68例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组68例闭合性肾损伤中肾挫裂伤52例,肾裂伤16例,并发伤14例。血尿、腰部疼痛是主要的临床症状,保守治疗61例,手术治疗7例,无死亡病例。结论CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法,迅速而准确的伤情评估,严格掌握手术时机是治疗闭合性肾损伤的关键。保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of eases of cleded renal trauma. Methods 68 cases of dosed renal trauma were studies retrospectively. Results There were 52 eases of renal contusion with laceration, 16 cases of renal laceration ,14 cases of renal injuries complicated by other visceral injuries. Hematuria and flank pain were main symptoms.61 patients received conservative treatment：7pafients underwent open operation, No patient died of injury. Conclusions CT scan was effective means for the diagnosis of dosed renal trauma.It was important for the treatment of closed renal trauma to evaluate the extent of the injury quickly and accurately and to decide the treatment strategy.conservative treatment is an important method.
