摘 要:目的:建立动脉化双袖套法大鼠原位肝移植模型制作方法并对动脉化大鼠原位肝移植模型的地位进行探讨。方法:用Brown-Norway(BN)大鼠制作动脉化双袖套法大鼠原位肝移植模型。结果:动脉化和非动脉化组手术成功率分别为93.8%、95.8%,肝功能无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:动脉化模型可以最大限度地保护肝脏的组织学结构,但非动脉化模型也是安全可靠的,且相对简便、省时,是肝移植排斥的基础研究的合适工具。Objective: To establish the model of arterialized two culf method for orthotopie liver transplantation in rats and evaluate the role of it. Methods: The model of the arterialized two culf method for orthotopic liver transplantation was established in Brown Norway (BN) rat. Results: Successive operative rate and liver functions had no significant different between two groups. Conclusion: Arterialized orthotopic liver transplantation model can protect the construction of the liver as far as possible, but nonarterialized model is also safe and reliable, meanwhile, the later is relatively convenient and quick to made, is also a useful tool to study the rejection of the liver transplantation.
