摘　　要：叙述生物冶金法处理难浸含金硫化矿的优点及所用微生物种类，浸出的机理和方法研究与细菌氧化厂的工业应用。Biometallurgy,roasting and pressure oxidation are generally used to pretreat the refractory gold containing sulfide ores or concentrates.The advantages of biooxidation were presented in the paper.The kinds of the microbacterials,the leaching mechanisms of refractory sulfide ores,and the researches and development of the biometallurgy and appli cation were also reviewed
