摘　　要：中小型车间加热炉炉后辊道及高压水除鳞装置为更好地适应产能提升要求，进行结构与安装方式的改造，降低备品备件消耗量，维修速度提高5倍，杜绝卡钢等故障停机。To meet the demands of promoting output, the tapping side roller table and high pressure water descaling equipment in the bar mill workshop has been restructured with the frame and installation form. This method can reduce the consumption of spare parts, increase the maintain speed by 5 times and put an end to shutting - down caused by fault, such as steel block.
