摘　　要：本文论述了ＣＡＤ技术在弧焊逆变领域应用前景，分析了弧焊逆变器开关管ＩＧＢＴ模型，对半桥式弧焊逆变电源主电路进行了计算机仿真，得到了符合实际的各种波形，进一步证明了ＣＡＤ技术在孤焊电源中的成功应用。In this paper,applying prospect of CAD technology in the field of arc welding inverter was described,the model of switching IGBT was also analysed,and the main circuit of half-bridge arc welding inverter power source was simulated that got various kinds of waveforms which coincided with practice,then it proved that the application of CAD technology in the field of arc welding power source was successful.
