摘　　要：打造“红三角”经济圈的理性选择,是区域政府合作。实现区域政府合作的首要前提,是破除区域政府合作的现实障碍:体制上的共同规划与协调较少或无力,观念上的地方保护主义,制度下的不尽合理、不尽完备、甚至缺乏,等等。为此,必须创立打造“红三角”经济圈的合作规划、合作理念、合作制度。The rational option in the construction of Red Triangre Economy Circle is the co - operation among the regional governments. And the prerequisite is to break away from the existing obstacles such as the less or weak systematic reguation and coordination, regional protectionism and hck of perfection in system. Therefore, the regulation, philosoply and system of cooperation should all be set up for the construction of RTEC.
