银翘解毒片污染微生物的回收率探讨

摘　　要：银翘解毒片对枯草杆菌的生长具有明显的抑制作用,所以在细菌数检验过程中必需用适当的方法来消除或抑制这些抗菌物质的活性。理想的方法是用低速离心加培养基稀释法。Because Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets inhibits the growth of Bacillus subtilis,a suitable method should be used to remove or inhibit the antimicrobial effect of Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets under the test of counting the number of colonies. The ideal method is low speed centrifugalization and dilution medium.
