摘　　要：研究了Ti（C，N）基金属陶瓷中η相的组织形态和成份．结果指出，η相中存在微裂纹，对金属陶瓷的力学性能有害，η相中可用分子式（Ni，W，Mo）3（Ti，W，Mo）来表示．The microstruture morphology and chemical composition of phase η in Ti(C,N) bosed cermets bas been studied in thepaper. The experimental results have shown that there are many microcracks in Phase,η The prase η existed in the microstructure of cermets mahes harmful effect on the mechanical Properties. The Phase η can be expressed in the formula (Ni,W, Mo)3 (Ti, W, Mo).
