肾病综合征中血浆vWF、D-二聚体检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肾病综合征(NS,肾炎型)血浆von Willebrand因子(vWF)和D二聚体(D-D)的变化及其在高凝状态中的相互关系。方法用STAGO全自动血凝仪测定60例NS患者vWF、D-D值并与对照组进行比较与分析。结果肾病综合征(肾炎型)中的vWF、D-D明显高于对照组(P＜0．001)。结论vWF、D-D的检测对确定NS的高凝状态有意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the D-dimer（D-D） and in the antigen level of yon Willebrand factor （vWF） of patients with nephritic syndrome（NS）. Methods The STA-Compact was used to dectect the D-D and the antigen level of vWF. 60 patients with NS and 35 health volunteers in the control group measure by immunology latex and then campare the results. Results The D-D and the antigen level of vWF of patients with NS were significantly higher than that of control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The dectection of the vWF and the D-D is benefit for diagnose of the pre-thormbotic state in NS.
