摘　　要：本文采用国际上检验外商直接投资行业内溢出效应的通用模型,分别就外商直接投资对我国制造业行业内溢出效应的当年效应与时滞效应进行了经验研究,并得出了关于这一问题的基本结论。同时针对存在的问题提出了发展我国制造业的政策建议。This article uses the international general model to examine the immediate and lag effects of foreign direct investment on the spillovers in China＇s manufacturing industry. The paper also puts forward some suggestions regarding some existing problems in the development of China＇s manufacturing industry.
