摘 要:本文以充分的实验结果为依据,讨论了加载率对岩石材料的强度、断裂韧度和破碎效果的影响。结果表明,在静态或准静态加载条件下,一般岩石的强度的断裂韧度随加载率的增加稍有增加,但当加载率超过一定值(如一般的冲击加载)后,它们随加载率的增加而显著提高。同时,单个岩块和岩石料层在冲击破碎时的能量利用率只是静压破碎时的一部分,即静载更有利于岩石破碎。Based on substantial experimental data,the effects of loading rates on the strength, fracture toughness and fragmentation efficiency of rock materials are discussed in this paper. The results show that the strength (both compression and tensile) and fracture toughness increase a little with increasing loading rate under the conditions of static and quasi-static loading, but they do rapidly when loading rate exceeds a value which is obtained by ordinary impact loading.In addition, the studies on the fragmentation of the single sample and the separation fracture of the layers of rock indicate that the energy efficiency for fragmentation is obviously smaller under impact loading than that under static loading.That is,the static loading is more efficient for rock fragmentation (crushing).
