摘 要:本文通过分析Ti-Al-V钛合金锻材中存在的夹杂物类型和它的组织,得出:夹杂物为微量而细小的、且分布随机的氮化物和碳化物等非金属夹杂。再用能谱仪分析该钛合金中偶尔出现的宏观白亮区域的成分,确认了是富α稳定元素铝所致。这种钛合金为近α钛合金,但按组织中α相和β相的相对量,则属于α+β双相钛合金,合金的退火组织中β相的含量近10%,其正常组织由细小而均匀的短杆状及等轴状α相和分布于其间的β相构成。合金中出现的两种粗大组织分别为带不规则锯齿边的块片状α相和α相在原β晶内呈平行条束状的“β转变组织”,后者由SEM对其冲击断口的分析得到了进一步确认。This article analyses the type and microstructures of impurities in Ti - Al - V titanium alloy forging, obtained, the impurities are some nitrides and carbides which are trace, tiny and stochastically distributed, Again analyses the ingredient of macroscopic white and bright region occasionally appears in this type of titanium alloy by the spectrometer. The content of β phase in annealing organization of this alloy approaches 10%. The normal organization consists of tiny and even short rod- shaped and the isometry shade alpha and beta phase. In the alloy appears two kind of thick organization separately are irregular denticle side block a phase and the "beta transformation organization", and the latter is further confimed by SEM.
