硫化铜精矿碳还原的研究

摘  要:本文研究了硫化铜精矿碳还原,结果表明,在加催化剂的条件下,铜还原率达98%,还原率随温度升高而提高;CaO/Cu2S的作用明显,而C/Cu2S的作用不显著。在未加催化剂情况下,铜还原率低,C/Cu2S的作用明显,CaO/Cu2S的影响甚微;反应时间大于90分钟,延长时间还原率几乎不再提高;在较高还原率时,CaO的固硫作用随还原率的提高而增加。Carbon reduction of copper sulfide concentrate with lime and graphite has been investigated.The results show that reduction rate of copper reached 98%, which increases with increasing temperatures.The effect of CaO/Cu2S ratio is remarkable and C/Cu2S ratio is not in the presence of catalyst.In the absence of catalyst, but the reduction rate of copper is low,and the effect of C/Cu2S ratio is obvious and that of CaO/Cu2S ratio is very small.When reaction time is more than 90 minutes, rate of reduction is almost not increased with prolonging the time.The effect of sulfur fixation of CaO increases with raising reduction degree in higher reduction rates.
