高等学校内部权力关系研究发展评述

摘　　要：文中对高等学校内部权力问题研究发展进行了梳理,对研究前景进行了展望。国内外学者已经从过去广泛讨论高等教育系统中的权力结构转向更加关注高等学校内部的权力结构,关于高等学校内部权力结构有层次结构说、主体结构说、权力分配说、生态结构说、多元亚结构说等几种学说或观察角度;目前讨论高等学校内部权力结构主要有一元结构、二元结构、三元结构几种典型范式,但大多数研究成果都普遍停留在理论探索阶段,用实证的方法研究高等学校内部权力结构是进一步的研究发展方向,高等学校内部权力结构的权力构成分为学术、行政和市场三种力量已经进入人们的视野,但还存在一些理论问题需要解决,从学理上说清楚“市场权力”这个概念可能孕育某种程度的理论创新。The article analyzes the questions of the research development of university＇s internal power relationship and foreeasts the research foreground. Scholars at home and abroad have paid more attention to university＇s internal power relationship than to the relationship of higher education system. There are several typical structtLres as hiberarchy, intersubjective structure, power distribution, zoology structure, binary structure, trinal structure on university＇s internal power relationship. But at present most research results often settle on theoretical phases. The further research development orientation should be to research university＇s internal power relationship in demonstration ways. Although university ＇s internal powers are divided into academic power, administrative power and marketable power, which people have been familiar with, there are academic problems to resolve. To some extent the concept ＂marketable power＂ needs theoretical innovation.
