摘  要:通过对直流辉光放电光谱法(GD-OES)分析不锈钢样品光谱行为的研究,考察了工作参数如放电电压、电流、预溅射时间和积分时间对光谱强度和稳定性的影响。在此基础上对工作参数进行优化,确定预溅射时间40 s、积分时间6 s、放电电压1 100 V、放电电流40 mA为最佳分析条件,据此建立了直流辉光放电光谱法测定不锈钢中C,Si,Mn,P,S,Cr,Ni,Cu,Ti,Co,Al的方法,考察了该方法分析不锈钢的精密度和准确度,各元素的测定结果与认定值或化学方法测定值吻合较好。Glow discharge behavior of 11 elements in stainless steel samples was studied. Through investigating the effect of glow discharge parameters such as voltage, current, preburn time and integrating time on the precision and intensity of the emission line, the parameters of analyzing stainless steel were optimized and a new method for the determination of 11 elements in stainless steel by direct current glow dischargeoptical emission spectrometry(GD-OES) was established. The optimized parameters were: preburn time 40 s, integrating time 6 s, voltage 1100 V, current 40 mA. The accuracy and precision of this method in analyzing samples were researched. The determination results of 11 elemehts in stainless steel samples were agreement with the certified or those of chemical method.
