摘  要:研究了4种过渡金属阳离子、30多种有机化合物和7种表面活性剂对原子荧光光谱法测定镉的荧光强度的影响。结果发现,Co(,Ni(以及一些含氮氧键、含氮键和含氮硫键的有机化合物对镉荧光强度有较好的增感效应;部分含氧键的有机化合物有较小增感作用;表面活性剂对镉的荧光信号有较强的抑制作用。对金属离子及有机试剂的增感机理进行了探讨。The influences of four kinds of transition metallic ions, about thirty organic compounds and seven surfactants on the fluorescence intensity of cadmium by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry were investigated. The results showed that the enhancement effect of cobalt(Ⅱ), nickel(Ⅱ), some organic compounds with nitrogen-oxygen bond, nitrogen bond or nitrogen-sulfur bond on the fluorescence intensity of cadmium were notable, while the enhancement effect of organic compounds with oxygen bond was not notable. The effect of the surfactants on the fluorescence signal of cadmium was inhibited contrarily. The enhancement mechanism of the metallic ions and organic reagents were discussed.
