摘  要:采用简易荧光计研究在弱酸性介质中,银(Ⅰ)-碘化钾-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)体系的共振光散射光谱,考查了体系的光谱特征、影响因素和适宜的反应条件,建立共振光散射光谱法测定银(Ⅰ)的新方法。方法在室温下瞬间完成,体系的共振光散射在440nm处最强,且90min内基本不变。线性范围为0-0.6μg/mL,检出限0.005μg/mL。方法应用于废水中银的测定,加标回收率为96.0%和103.0%,相对标准偏差为4.5%和1.5%。The resonance light scattering spectrum of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in weak acid medium was enhanced significantly in the presence of [AgI2]^- solution. The spectral characteristics, affecting factors and optimum conditions of the reaction were investigated by simple fluorophotometer. A new method based on the relationship of the intensity of resonance light scattering (IRES) with the concentration of Ag (I) in waste water was established. The maximum IRLS is located at 440 nm. Association reaction can be completed instantaneously at room temperature and the IREs can be kept constantly during 90 minutes. The method has a detection limit of 0.005μg/mL and a regression equation of ΔI=91.286ρ- 0.2571 (ρμg/mL) with correlation coefficient of 0. 996 4. The linear range is 0-0.6μg/mL. The proposed method has been used to determine Ag(I) in waste water samples with recovery of 96.0 % and 103.0 %, and RSD of 4.5% and 1.5%.
