摘 要:以奶山羊为实验动物,按体重灌服氟化钠溶液复制奶山羊氟病模型,通过临床观察、病理学和软组织酶组织化学的观测,进一步深入探讨了氟病的发生机理。结果表明,氟引致心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肌肉等组织酶发生变化,说明氟可影响细胞中生物膜上的多种酶的活性,造成生物膜的损伤,损伤的生物膜失去了酶赖以存在的支架,使生物膜上的酶扩散,氟更容易与酶的金属离子结合,进一步加重了对酶活性的影响。Twelve goats were divided into two study groups. Group Ⅰ was treated as control and group Ⅱ were fed sodium fluoride (NaF) orally according to their bodyweight. After 12 months of fluoride dosing, goats of group Ⅱ showed clinical signs of fluorosis and all goats were euthanized and their tissues and blood samples were taken for analyses. The results showed that fluorosis played significantly inhibitory roles in enzyme of non-skeletal tissues,demonstrating that fluoride can affect the activity of many kinds of enzyme in cells and injuring the skeleton of biofilm,then lead to these enzyme to expand. Fluoride is combined more easily with metallicion and further damages the activity of these enzyme.
