摘  要:基因芯片是一种高通量、快速、平行核酸序列测定及定量分析技术。它是将大量特定序列的核酸片段有序地固定在载体上作为探针与标记核酸分子进行杂交,检测杂交信号的强弱,进而判断样品中靶分子的组成及数量。目前基因芯片技术广泛应用于基因序列测定、基因表达研究、动植物疾病诊断及生物药物筛选等领域,是一种发展前景良好的新兴检测手段。文章介绍了基因芯片技术的概念、工作原理、种类和制备过程,重点介绍了该技术在基因测序,基因表达水平检测,基因多态性检测,药物筛选,以及在预防兽医中的应用。Gene chip is a high throughput, speedily, parallel nucleic acid measure and quantitative analysis technonlogy. It fixed a great deal of specific nucleic acid segment regularly on support as probes hybridized with labeled nucleic acid molecules and then check the signal to estimate the compose and quantity of the target molecule in the sample. On the side of application it abroad apply in gene sequence mensuration, gene expression research, diagnose disease of propagation, medication riddling of biology and so on. It is a new inspecting measure with a nice development foreground and it must bring great infection in many fields of the life sciences' development. The article explains the concept of gene chip, work elements, sort and process of preparation in brief, focus on the introducing the application of the technology in gene sequence menstruation, the level of gene expression inspect, gene polymorphism inspect, filter of medicine and the preventive sickness in veterinary.
