摘  要:2004年在甘肃省临潭县进行了湿生扁蕾种子处理和田间覆盖试验,结果表明:赤霉素能有效提高湿生扁蕾种子的发芽率,其中以浓度300 mg/L的赤霉素处理发芽率最高,高于对照37.00%;采用40℃温水浸种发芽率提高 9.00%,并可加快发芽速度;湿生扁蕾在15℃的环境条件下发芽率可达最高,播种时间以5月上旬为宜;采用85%遮光率的遮阳网覆盖,湿生扁蕾出苗率最高,达9.29%;秸秆+遮阳网覆盖和秸秆覆盖出苗率也极显著地高于对照.地膜等具有显著增温效应的覆盖材料不宜用于湿生扁蕾.The seed treatment and field mulching experiment on Gentianopsis paludosawas conducted in 2004 at Xincheng Town, Lintan County, Gansu Province. The results indicated that:the germination rate could be increased significantly when the seeds were treated with GA3. The germination rate was the highest under 300 mg/L of GA3 treatment,which was 37.00 % higher than that under 0 mg/L GA3 (CK)treatment. The germination rate could be increased by 9.00% with seed soaking in 40 ℃ water,and the process of germination was also accelerated. The optimum temperature for germination was 15 ℃ ,and the suitable sowing period was in first 10 days of May. The highest emergence rate was 9.27 % when mulching with 85 % shade rate sunshade net. The higher emergence rate could be achieved by mulching with sunshade net + straw or straw only. It is not suitable for using mulching materials which could increase soil temperature, such as plastic film, for Gentianopsis paludosa.
