摘 要:潮湿细粒煤炭的粘附现象是导致筛分过程恶化的最主要原因,为解决这一问题,本文采用理论分析的方法对筛分作业中潮湿细粒煤的团聚机理进行了研究,指出外在水分在颗粒之间以及颗粒同筛面之间形成的液桥是造成筛分过程恶化的首要因素。在相关液桥力理论的基础上建立了潮湿细粒物料的粘附模型并对粘附力的影响因素进行了探讨,提出了潮湿细粒煤筛分过程中粘附问题的解决办法,这些方法有助于相关筛分设备的设计和应用。The adhesion phenomenon of moist fine coal is the most important factor that deteriorated the screening process. To resolve this problem, the agglomeration mechanism of screening moist fine coal is theoretically analyzed. It is pointed out that the liquid bridge formed by extern water between two particles as well as particle and screen plate is the main factor which leadS to the deterioration of screening process. The adhesive model of moist fine coal is builT up based on correlative theory of liquid bridge and the factors of adhesive force are discussed. The methods for solving the adhesive problem, which is helpful to the design and usage of corresponding screen, are put forward.
