摘 要:合龙段施工是预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工的关键环节,关系到全桥的受力和线形状况。以长弯大桥主桥合龙段的施工为工程背景,探讨了预应力混凝土连续箱梁合龙段施工中合理选择合龙顺序、合龙时间,采取控制施工混凝土配合比、设置配重、认真控制两个重点施工阶段的施工气温等多项有效的技术措施,通过对合龙段各施工环节的施工控制,可以保证桥梁上部构造线形顺畅,内力分配和传递合理,从而确保工程质量,为类似桥梁施工提供了有价值的技术资料。The closure segment's construction is the key part of continuous concrete box girder's construction, and it is related to stress and line form condition of the whole bridge. Based on the construction for closure of the main part of Changwang River Bridge as engineering background, this essay discusses the reasonable choice of closure order and time, adopting the technical measures of controlling the ratio of concrete, setting heavy, the construction temperature of two important construction stages and so on as these effective technical measures, and construction controlling of every construction link of the closure segment. These technical measures can guarantee the line shape smoothness of the superstructure, interal stress's allotment and reasonable delivery, so as to ensure the project's quality. This essay provides valuable technical data for the similar bridge's construction.
