摘 要:提出了一种数值计算带有各种结构机匣处理装置叶栅流场方法.采用圆柱坐标系下无粘定常方程组,以及参数周向平均的概念,推导出新的控制方程,在子午面上用有限元法进行了数值计算.选择3种典型结构的实壁机匣、周向槽处理机匣、轴向缝处理机匣为算例,并与稳态实验测量结果作定量对比,发现符合较好.为分析机匣处理的扩稳机理提供了理论基础,也为工程设计机匣处理装置提供了新的数值计算工具.In this paper a new numerical method is developed to calculate the cascade flowfields with casing treatment equipment. The calculation equations are established by the 3-D steady inviscid controling equations based on the cylindric coordination system, and circumferential averaged parameters are introduced. The calculation program is compiled on the meridian plane using the finite element method. In addition, three kinds of typical casing treatment (solid casing, circuinferential grooved casing and axial slots casing) are calculated and compared with the experimental results quantitatively, and good agreements are obtained. This new calculation method can be used to analyse the machanism of extending the stability of the compressor with casing treatment equipments f and to design the casing treatment equipment.
