摘　　要：为了提高项目评价的科学性、有效性、及时性,结合当前项目评估工作要求及企业所面临的内外部环境,给出了研制项目评估决策支持系统应遵循的原则,在此原则的基础上构造了通用项目评估决策支持系统的总体结构模型,并进行了该系统的分析和设计。对系统应具有的功能以及数据库、模型库及方法库的设计进行了详细介绍,在实际中进行了成功应用。To improve scientific, effective and timely level when a project is evaluated, according to the demand of the project evaluation and inner/outer environment of the enterprise, the principle is given that should be followed when producing the general project evaluation decision support system, and following the principle, a general structure model of the system is given and the system is analyzed and designed. The system function and database/model design are introduced in detail and used successfully in practice.
