摘  要:高脂喂养大鼠脂肪组织抵抗素、脂联素的表达均明显下降,加入N-乙酰半胱氨酸后脂联素表达增高,脂联素受体1表达无改变。抵抗素和脂联素水平的降低是高脂饲养大鼠体重增加、血糖升高、脂质代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗的重要原因。NF-kB通路介导了脂联素对胰岛素敏感性的调节作用,但不影响脂联素受体1的表达。The expressions of adiponeetin and resistin decreased markedly in rats fed with high fat, but after N-acetylcysteine (NAC) treatment, the expression of adiponectin increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). No change could be oberserved in adiponectin receptor-Ⅰ after using NAC, The decreased expressions of adiponectin and resistin might play an important role in weight gain, hyperglycemia, abnormal lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in rats fed with high fat. NF-κB inhibitor could increase adiponectin level in parallel with the improvement of high fat-induced insulin resistance, but it did not influence the expression of adiponectin receptor- Ⅰ.
