自发性高血压鼠脑底动脉NPY mRNA的表达及其意义

摘  要:为探讨高血压大鼠脑血管神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)在高血压时期脑血管的神经源性调节作用及其在高血压的发生和发展中的作用,本研究应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫印迹(Western blotting)技术,检测自发性高血压大鼠脑基底动脉NPY mRNA和NPY的表达变化。结果显示:自发性高血压大鼠脑基底动脉NPY mRNA和NPY的表达均较正常血压鼠明显增加。本研究结果提示NPY在自发性高血压大鼠脑血管的神经源性调节以及在高血压的发生和发展中可能起重要作用。To investigate the effect of rieuropeptide Y (NPY) on the neurogenic regulation of cerebrovascularization and in the accurrence and development of hypertension, we used the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (BT-PCB) and Western blotting techniques to examine the changes of expression of NPY mRNA and NPY of basilar artery in the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) , respectively. The results showed that the expression of NPY mBNA and NPY level of cerebral artery in SHR was obviously higher than that in the normal rats. The present results suggest that NPY maybe play an important role in the neurogenie regulation of cerebmvascularization and in the occurrence and development of hypertension of the SHR.
