摘  要:将Photoshop7.0图像处理软件应用于脊髓损伤后坏死面积的测量,并与图像分析软件Quantimet570的传统测量方法进行比较。显微镜采集成年大鼠损伤脊髓的HE染色组织切片的数字化图像,运用Photoshop软件选取坏死区域并测其面积。另用Quantimet570软件测量同一切片同视野经Camera Lucida描绘的坏死区线图的面积,两种测量方法所得坏死区面积无显著性差异。因此,同Quantimet570软件相比,Photoshop7.0图像处理软件测量脊髓损伤后坏死区面积的功效相当,并具有功能强大、简便、快捷、直接及无需额外辅助设备的特点。Photoshop 7.0 image-processing software was used to measure the necrotic areas within the injured spinal cord in comparison with the classical Quantimet 570 software. The digital images of injured spinal cord of the adult rat in HE stained sections were captured with a microscope, and the necrotic areas of injured spinal cord of the sections were selected and measured with Photoshop 7.0 software. The outlines of necrotic areas in the same images of the sections were drawn with Camera Lucida and necrotic areas were measured with Quantimet 570 software. No significant difference in the measured necrotic areas could be detected between the two measuring methods. Thus, the efficacy of Photoshop 7.0 software to measure the necrotic areas of injured spinal cord is similar to that of Quantimet 570 software and the former has the simple, rapid and direct properties with powerful functions. No additional assistant facility is needed for the measurement with Photoshop 7.0 software.
