绞股蓝对金地鼠颊囊癌变影响的光镜观察

摘　　要：为寻找和研究防止口腔粘膜白斑癌变的有效药物，作者采用二甲基苯并蒽（ｄｉｍｅｔｈｙｌｂｅｎ－ｚａｎｔｈｒａｃｅｎｅ，ＤＭＢＡ）诱导金地鼠颊囊癌前病变模型。结果发现：不典型增生以及原位癌最早出现的时间分别为涂ＤＭＢＡ３周和６周。远期致癌最早出现于涂药４周者，比以往报道提前。实验证实绞股蓝对防止口腔白斑癌变有肯定效果，且对涂药３周组远期观察有不典型增生逆转现象。ThepurposeofthestudyistoexaminetheefectofGPduringcarcinogenesisofthegoldenhamstercheekpouchesinducedbyDMBA.Theresultsindicatedthatepithelialolysplasiaandcarcinomainsituappearedrespectivelyat3and6weeks.Theformationofcarcinomawasdetectedasearlyas4weekswhichisearlierthanthatofformerreports.TheexperimentprovesthatGPhaspositiveanticarcinogenicfunction.Long-termobservationinthosetheDMBAhasbeenappliedfor3weeksfoundthatepithelialdysplasiacouldreversewhenGPwasgiven.AcompoundprescriptionisbeterthanGPalone.
