红强二甲基亚砜搽剂治疗慢性湿疹60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红强二甲基亚砜搽剂治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:治疗组60例外用红强二甲基亚砜搽剂,对照组60例外用舒肤特搽剂,每天2次,疗程3周。于疗程结束后记录疗效及副作用。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为75%,经统计学处理有显著性差异,两组局部刺激反应发生率无显著性差异,但复发率有显著性差异。结论:红强二甲基亚砜治疗慢性湿疹比舒肤特更为有效。Objective：to observe the clinical effect and safety of the liniment of DMSOP - E （DMSO added with erythromycin and prednisone） in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods：60 candidates in therapy group were treated with the liniment of DMSOP - E twice everyday for 3 consecutive weeks while 60 candidates in contrast group were treated with the liniment of compound indometacin tincture in same frequency and duration. The curative effect and the side effect were recorded after the course of treatment. Results ： the ratio of improvement is 90% in therapy group while 75 % in contrast group. Statistical analysis shows that the probability of partial pungency reaction do not have obvious distinction between two group while that of recurrence have obvious distinction between two group. Conclusions： DMSOP - E is more effective than compound indometacin tincture in the treatment of chronic eczema.
