摘　　要：本文首先对办公自动化(OA)的国内外研究现状及发展趋势做了分析和研究,同时也是对网络协同工作(CSCW)的诸多关键技术进行了论述,着重研究了工作流技术在办公自动化中应用,最后以公文流转工作流程为一个典型实例,实现了基于工作流的网络协同办公系统的基本功能。Analyses and studies are first conducted on the current research situation and developing trend at home and abroad in the field of office automation （OA） , and detailed descriptions and given to some key technologies in netcoordinated work. The emphasis is set on the work-flow technology applied in office autontation. The paper is concluded by presenting a typical case study of transferring dneument-flow to work-flow, which realizes the basic＇ functions of workflow based net-coordinated office systems.
