摘　　要：At the invitation of the Bellpo Kai of Japan, a six-member CAFIU delegation with Mr. Song Zude, CAFIU Council Member as the head and Mr. Song Guangjie, Mayor of Tumushuke City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the adviser visited Japan from April 11 to 18. Within a week the delegation went to Fukuoka, Oita, Tottori, Osaka and Tokyo. Actuated by a desire to make friends and enhance friendship and cooperation, the delegation made extensive contacts and exchanges with government agencies, local councils, friendly organizations, entrepreneurs and research institutes.
