摘　　要：在我国汇率形成机制的改革过程中,汇率变动的不确定性、复杂性加大,外汇风险的防范和管理已成为现代企业必须面对和解决的重要课题。企业应当认真研究新形势下汇率风险的类型及特点,选择强化汇率风险管理的有效策略。In the course of the exchange rate system reform in our country, exchange rate fluctuations will be more uncertain and complicated, and then how to manage and avoid the exchange rate risk is an important issue for the preset - day enterprises. The enterprise should make an in - depth analysis of the types and characters of the exchange rate risk, and choose the effective measures to avoid the exchange rate risk in the new exchange rate system.
