心脉通胶囊对冠心病患者心肌缺血总负荷的影响及其作用机制

摘　　要：目的观察心脉通胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血患者的治疗效果。方法将60例冠心病心肌缺血患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例给予常规西药加心脉通胶囊治疗,对照组30例给予常规西药治疗,观察2组治疗前后临床症状计分、心肌缺血总负荷(TIB)、血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果治疗后治疗组临床症状计分、TIB、ET、MDA下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01),NO、SOD上升水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心脉通胶囊有较好抗心肌缺血作用,血管内皮保护效应及抗脂质过氧化损伤是其作用机制之一。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Xinmaitong capsule on myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Sixty patients with CHD and myocardial ischemia were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group were treated with normal western medicine and the treatment group were added with Xinmaitong capsule additionally. The changes of scores of clinical symptoms, total ischemia burden （TIB）, plasma endothelin （ET）, NO, serum SOD and MDA were observed before and after treatment. Results The decreasing extents of scores of clinical symptoms,TIB, ET, and MDA were larger, and the increasing levels of NO and SOD were higher in treatment group than that in control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Xinmaitong capsule has a good function on myocardial- ischemia. One of the mechanisms is that it has effects of protecting blood vessel endothelium and resisting lipid peroxidation injury.
