摘  要:采用超级空间有限元计算程序SUPER—SAP最新版本对肱骨髁上部进行各种受力条件的空间有限元分析。结果表明:1.旋后位肱骨髁上部内侧是压应力,外侧是拉应力;中立位、旋前位肱骨髁上部内侧是拉应力,外侧是压应力。2.旋后位、中立位、旋前位三种不同位置的剪应力变化不大(P>0.05)。3.在旋后位肱骨髁上部不论是内侧还是外侧节点均向内侧位移;中立位、旋前位与旋后位正相反,均向外侧位移,其中立位与旋前位不论是内侧还是外侧,位移无明显差异(P>0.05)。结合Saltel理论,作者提出了肱骨髁上骨折合理的固定方法。The authors studied the mechanical properties of supracondyle of humerus with the method of 3 D finite element. The result showed that:(1) In the supination position, there was conpressive stress in the medial side, while tensile stress in the lateral side. In the pronation and neutral position, the result was contrary to it. (2)The shearing stress in supination、pronation and neutral position didn't change much. (3)In the supination position, there was medial displacement in the medial and lateral sides. In the pronation and neutral position, the result was contrary to it; but the displacement hadn't a significant difference in both sides.Integrating with Salterl's theory,the author suggested the rational fixation methods for the fractures of supracondyle of humerus.
