摘 要:医疗机构是特殊的服务组织。确保并持续改进医疗服务质量,保证医疗安全是每一个医院提高核心竞争力的关键。文章讨论了我院结合自身特点建立符合医院实际的医疗质量保障与持续改进体系,重点从医疗准入、医疗质量控制、医疗质量预警、医疗信息发布、医疗质量评价等五个方面进行了全面的管理,确保了医疗质量,提升了医院的核心竞争力,并取得了较好的效果。Medical establishment is a special service organization. It ensures and improves continuously medical treatment service quality, guaranteeing medical treatment safety is the key of improving key competition in every hospital. This article discusses that our hospital establishes medical treatment quality ensure and continuous improvement system according to hospital itself characteristic and it accords with hospital reality, emphasizes five aspects: medical treatment access, medical treatment quality warning beforehand, medical treatment information issue, medical treatment appraise system, and overall manage these five aspects, ensures medical treatment quality and promotes the key competition of hospital and achieves a good result.
