摘  要:探讨内镜检查对医患关系的影响,以及如何加强服务意识,及时化解矛盾,减少医疗纠纷的发生。针对目前内镜室可能引发医疗纠纷的现状,提出应该注意下列问题:①内镜室医护人员必须自觉规范医疗行为;②必须严格遵照医疗规章制度、法规和医德;③必须严格执行患者理解的原则;④必须努力提高消化内镜的诊断治疗水平。The paper discussed the endoscope examining toward hospital and its impacts on the relationship between doctors and patients, and explores how to strengthen the hospital's awareness of this issue, solve problems timely, and reduce the occurrences of medical disputes. Thus it is put forward that : ( 1 ) endoscope examining professionals must take the initiatives in standardiaing their medical technical behavior; (2)must rigorous act in accordance with medical ethics, law and regulations and; ( 3 ) must perform the principle of informed comprehend ; ( 4 ) must formulate a series of continuing medical education management strategies to suit the meeds of them at endoscope room.
