西部地区实施“适度集中型”农村城镇化战略的思考

摘　　要：西部地区的城市化水平明显落后于东部地区,要推进西部城市化进程,缩小东西部地区差距,西部地区的城市化战略必须把握好城市化的推进次序,合理处理好农村城镇化、城镇城市化、城市现代化三者的关系,注重发展农村城镇化,并坚持实施“适度集中型”农村城镇化战略,统筹规划、城乡互动、要素流动、产业集聚,以实现西部地区农村城镇化的快速发展。The level of urbanization in the west falls behind that of the east distinctively in China. In order to push the western process of urbanization, reduce the gap between the east and the west, the urbanization strategy in the west must guarantee the order of urbanization, deal with perfectly the relationships between urbanization and modernization. It should pay attention to develop rural urbanization strategy and stick to ＂moderate concentration＂ urbanization strategy with overall planning, interaction between cities and villages, factors flowing, clusters of industries so that it will realize the rapid development of rural urbanization in the west.
