针织涂层牙周再生片体外降解的力学性能研究

摘　　要：通过体外降解实验研究了两种不同原料(PGLA和PGA)的针织涂层牙周再生片,比较了它们的质量损耗和强力下降情况,分析它们的结构和降解等性能,认为PGLA牙周再生片比PGA牙周再生片性能更佳。Two kinds of knitted coated GTR Barriers made of different materials（ PGLA and PGA） were researched through degradation experiment in vitro. Comparing the ratio of strength attenuation and mass loss of these GTR Barriers in course of degradation to analyze their structure characters and degradation properties. PGLA would be better to use in GTR Barrier as appropriate material.
