摘  要:蒸发式冷凝器具有节水、节能、结构紧凑等优点而在工业制冷等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文建立了蒸发式冷凝器性能测试实验平台,分析和测试了空气参数如湿球温度和迎面风速对蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统制冷性能的影响。以热力学第二定律为基础,通过对湿空气(火用)分析表明,蒸发式冷凝器适宜气候干燥地区使用。实验测试结果表明,对于所研究和蒸发式冷凝器,当空气湿球温度从14.7℃增大到25.7℃,制冷量和能效比分别减少了4.8%和15%,最佳迎面风速范围为2.9~3.1m/s。Evaporative condenser has been widely used in industry for energy - conversation, water - conservation and compact structure. The experimental apparatus have been built up, by which have been tested the intlunce of the web - bulb temperature of the air and the air faced velocity on the performance of the evaporative condenser could be tested. A theoretical exergy analysis of moist air based on the second law of thermodynamics has been presented, which shows that the evaporative condenser is especially adapt to the dry region. Experimental results indicate that, the decreases for the cooling capacity and the energy efficiency ratio(EER) are 4.8% and 15% respectively due to the increases for the web - bulb temperature of moist air from 14.7℃ to 25.7℃ , the best range of air faced velocity for the evaporative condenser is 2.9 ~ 3.1 m/s.
