摘　　要：从使用者的角度出发,分析船舶营运中影响船体结构强度且船员能够干预的主要因素,如装卸货、波浪、事故等.结合船体结构常见的损伤,提出船员尤其是驾驶员要精心编制积载计划及小心装卸货物、做好船体日常保养、大风浪中正确操纵船舶及避免事故等维护和保养船体结构的具体措施.From the operator＇s view, the main factors impairing the hull strength which could be noticed by mariners, such as cargo handling, sea waves, accidents etc., are analyzed. Referring to the common hull structure damages occurring onboard, it is pointed out that mariners （especially officers） should pay special attention to make stowage plan and cargo handling, do daily maintenance well, navigate properly and prevent accidents in stormy waves.
