区域土地资源集约利用及其评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：土地资源集约利用是一个基于时空尺度的动态概念。基于前人的研究,结合我国经济社会发展阶段性特征,给出了区域土地资源集约利用概念的界定,提出了其评价的思路,并从其概念出发逐层派生出其评价指标体系,这对于区域土地资源集约利用具有重要的理论和实践意义。The concept of land resources intensive utilization depends on the scale of space and stage. According to the preceding researches, defines the intensive utilization of area land resources based on the present China＇s developing stage. Then discusses the way to evaluate the intensive utilization of area land resources, and manages to build the evaluating indicator system. It is a beneficial exploration for intensive utilization of area land resources in China.
