摘　　要：为避免大庆市受土地沙漠化的危害,在该区建设了生态功能保护区,界定了生态功能保护区范围,确定了本区以防风固沙,遏止沙漠化发生和发展为主导生态功能.指出了生态功能保护区沙漠化程度,提出了保护和管理的目标,及实施生态建设和生态恢复方案.认为沙漠化是以人为因素起主导作用的过程,并体现出在潜在自然因素上的复合或叠加.在生态功能分区的基础上,因地制宜,通过退耕还草、全区禁牧等生态恢复、建设和管理可扼止沙漠化的发生和发展,保证大庆市生态安全.Land desertification of Daqing can be reversed by building the ecologically functional conservation area.The scope of the ecologically functional conservation area has been determined,stopping the occurrence and development of the desertification is dominant eco-function of the conservation area.The desertification grade of the ecological functional conservation is pointed out,the goal of protection and management and the project of eco-reconstruction and eco-restore are put forward.Land desertification results mainly from human factors,and embodies the effect of potential natural factors.Based on division of the conservation area,efforts will be made to control the occurrence and development of desertification to keep the ecological security of Daqing with eco-restoration,eco-reconstruction and management such as rehabilitating the vegetation of the land,forbidding grazing,etc.
