摘 要:探讨了加入柠檬酸对溶胶-凝胶法合成铬锡红色料的影响。通过热重-差热(TG-DSC)、色料前驱体干胶的红外光谱分析表明,金属离子在这种凝胶柠檬酸缩合形成高分子的网络结构中分布的均匀性比未加柠檬酸形成的要高,在热处理进行反应时,柠檬酸法合成色料的温度比未加柠檬酸的提前50℃。In this paper, The influence of chrome-Un pink pigment synthesized are mainly researched by sol-gel method with citric acid. In virtue of scan electron microscope (SEM) and (BET), it was confirmed that the mole ratio of C/M^n+ (citric acid vs. metal ion ) was 1: 2, and the volume ratio of TEOS/EtOH/H2O was 1:6:2, stirring at the temperature of 70℃ for 30 minutes. Via the TG-DSC and the infrared (IR) spectroscopy on the dried gel of pigment precursors, metal ion in the macromolecule network structure formed by the citric acid distributed more uniformly,. And the synthesizing temperature with the citric acid moved up 50℃.
