摘 要:介绍了克拉玛依油田最大的联合站——81号原油集中处理站的不断更新改造过程。原设计系统流程不完善,原油脱水不合格;设备严重老化;站内存在诸多不安全因素。对站内的问题进行了原因分析,并提出改造前流程框图,对该站进行了彻底改造。采用大罐沉降脱水除砂,新建大罐抽气装置,采用热能回收、无级变频调速等多种技术。经技术改造后效益明显,增强了流程可靠性,提高了自动化水平,并降低了能耗。This article introduces the course of renew and remake of the greatest combination station in Kara mai-No 81 concentration treatment station. Because the process flow of the original system was unper-fect,the dewater quality of crude was nat qualified.and the equipment in the station was seriously aged,there were many unsafety factors exist. The authors analyses the resaon of the existed problems in the station, puts forward the block diagram of thp process flow before revamp and makes the sta-tion revamp thoroughly. It adopts storage tank set-tling dewater sand removal and newly bulit storage tank gas extracting devices,adopts heat energy re-covery,stepless frequency .conversion speed adjust-ing .etc. After the technique revamp, the benefical resuh is distinct,the reliability of the process flow strengthened,automatic level increased and energy consume decreased.
