摘　　要：为适应注聚合物试验油井计量的需要，自行研制出三相分离计量装置。该装置主要是由三相分离器，油、气、水计量仪表，油、水液位控制仪表，分离器压力控制调节阀，分离器超压、超高液位、停电等故障自动安全保护系统，掺水计量仪表，微机柜等组成。与引进的油井三相分离计量装置相比，具有结构简单，自动化程度高，报警、安全保护设施齐全，操作方便，价格低廉等特点。使用结果表叩，该装置的油，水计量准确度≤±2．5％，气计量准确度≤±55％；分离后水中含油≤±0．15％（重量），油中含水≤25％（体积）。In order to suit the needs of metering of polymer inection trial wells,a kind of 3-phase separation measurement unit has been developed. The utiit is manly composed of 3-phase sepafator,oil-gas-wa-ter metering apparatus, oil-water .liquid level con trol meters, pressure control vlave for separators,automatic safety protection system fot overpres sure,superhigh liquid level and power failure etc,mxing water metering apparatus and microcom puter cabinet etc. Compared with the unit intro duced from abroad,this unit is simple in structure,high in automatic leve1, complete in alarm safty protection devices,convenient in operation and low in price etc. Using result shows that its oil-water metering accuracy≤±2. 5 %, gas metering accura cy≤± 5 %,oil content in water (after separation)≤ ±0. 15% (weight ) water cohtent in oil ≤ 2. 5% (volume)
