摘　　要：目的探讨持续胸外心脏按压对突发心脏静止患者的直接起搏作用。方法对13例突发心脏静止患者以双手重叠按压胸骨中下1/3交界处,按压与放松1:1,频率100次/分,使胸廓下陷3～5cm,配合大剂量肾上腺素等药物,观察复苏成功率。结果13例患者中9例复苏成功,4例死亡。结论持续胸外心脏按压加大剂量肾上腺素对心脏静止患者有直接起搏作用,可提高心肺复苏成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of closed cardiac massage continuously to sudden cardiac shock recovering heart beat. Methods By means of two hands overlapping press down the one-three boundary of the middle and lower sterum, which press down and relax in turn with the recurrence-rate of 100 times every minute, the press made the thorax sink three or five c.m moreover used a lot of dose adrenaline, to observe the successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results 9 cases succeeded to resuscitate, 4 cases died. Conclusions Closed cardiac massage continuously and a lot of dose adrenaline can recover cardiac shock, and increase the successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
