摘  要:目的研究在一定浓度条件下,2-巯基乙醇(2-met)灭活血型IgM抗体的最佳时间。方法对含IgG、IgM血型抗体,仅含IgM血型抗体的血清标本采用不同时间进行灭活,并测定其灭活效果。结果在灭活仅含天然血型IgM抗体,且盐水效价在1:128的血清时,灭活40min可见微弱的盐水凝集,灭活50min、60min均无凝集发生;在灭活含IgG、IgM血型抗体的血清时,灭活50min、60min后,在盐水介质下无凝集发生,采用抗人球蛋白试验及凝聚胺试验均可发生凝集。结论用2-met灭活血型抗体的最佳灭活时间是60min。Objective To study the best deactivating time of 2 - meicaploethanol to IgM blood group antibody under the condition of certain concentration. Methods Different deactivating time was investigated by destroying the serum samples of the blood group antibody that contained IgG and IgM and the samples contained IgM only. Results Slightly saline aggregation could be found when the samples that contained only the natural IgM blood group antibody was destroyed for 40min, and the Saline valence were 1:128, but no aggregation was found after 50 and 60 min. Whereas no aggregation could be found when the serum samples containing the IgG and IgM were deactivated for 50 and 60 min. under the condition of the saline medium, but when the antihuman globulin test and the polybrene were adopted, the reverse. Condusion The best time of the deactivating time is 60 min.
