司帕沙星合并化疗治疗肺结核疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨司帕沙星合并常规化疗治疗肺结核的疗效。方法我院收治的80例肺结核患者给予司帕沙星合并常规化疗方案，用至临床症状消失、痰菌两次转阴，胸片病灶稳定吸收时停用司帕沙星。结果治疗两个月后观察，显效49例，有效24例，无效7例，总有效的率91．3％，随访一年无复发患者。结论司帕沙星联合抗结核药物治疗肺结核疗效显著，副作用小，值得临床进一步研究。Objective To explore the effect of sparfloxacin combined with routine chemical therapy on pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 80 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated with sparfloxacin combined with routine chemical therapy. It was not use sparfloxacin until clinical symptom extinction,sputum bacteria negative and lesion of X - ray absorption stably. Results After two months of treatment, 49 cases showed effective, 24 cases were valid, and 7 cases were inefficient, and total effective rate was 91.3 %, during one year follow up, no patient relapsed. Conclusion It was significant effect of sparfloxacin combined with routine chemical therapy on pulmonary tuberculosis, and ill effect little, worth to further clinical investigation.
