摘  要:介绍了CX—18防气窜剂的作用原理,制备方法,性能评价以及在长庆油田的应用效果.它的主要成分是磷化处理后的铝银粉(铝粉〕,它在水泥浆中不仅发气量较大,加量为水泥的0.3%时,水泥浆的最大膨胀率为8%,且发气时间较长,在50~70℃时,初发气时间为45~27min,持发气时间为115~69min,可满足中深井固井施工要求.室内试验和现场应用表明,将CX—18加到水泥浆中不仅能有效地防止油气井的油、气、水窜槽,而且它对水泥浆的物理性能影响小,并能与其它水泥添加剂相配伍.并且已在长庆油田应用了15井次,取得了良好的效果,固井合格率由原来的62.5%提高到100%,固井优质率由原来的40%提高到73.3%.: The CX-18 antichannelling agent,its antichannelling principles,preparing method,the appraisals of its properties and its application in Ghangging Oil Field are introduced in the paper. The chief composition ofthe agent is phosphorated aluminium powder. The agent reacted on calcium hydroxide in cement slurry and lots of hydrogen was produced which swelled the cement slurry. When the cement powder contained 0. 3% CX-18 antkhannelling agent,the maximum volume swelling of the cement slurry reached 8%. At 50~70℃ ,it took 27 ~45 minutes to begin to produce hydrogen by mixing CX-18 antichannelling agent with cement powder and water,and the duration of hydrogen producing was about 69~115 minutes. The agent is suitable to cementing mid-deep wells. It is proved that the agent is able to prevent the channelling of oil,gas and water in cementing effectively and is compatible with other cement additives and has little effects on the physical properties of the cement slurry. It was used for cementing 15 wells with qualified cementing rate being 100% ,and high quality rate being 73. 3%.
