摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,最为关键的任务之一就是完善农村公共产品的供给体系。由于长期以来政策缺位,我国农村公共产品供给体系残缺不全,公共服务水平很低。根据国家《国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》提出的目标和要求,各级政府应大力发展农村公共事业,完善农村公共产品供给体系,尽快建立和完善其公共政策体系。One of the most essential tasks of the construction of our new socialist countryside is to consummate the supply system of the countryside public products. As a result of the long-standing policy absence, the supply system of countryside public product is incomplete, and the public service level is quite low. To meet the goals and requirements of Summary of the Hth Five--year-plan of National Economy and Social Development, all levels of governments should try to develop the countryside public utilities, consummate the supply system of countryside public policy, construct and improve the public policy system as soon as possible.
